Greenheck RV/RVE Rooftop Ventilator

The model RV(E) is a pre-engineered rooftop ventilation unit specifically designed to condition and deliver mixtures of outdoor and return air to a building. Varying outdoor air conditions and building loads create a serious challenge for any HVAC system. To overcome these challenges, the RV(E) includes value added features such as a factory mounted variable frequency drive (VFD) for supply air volume control, outdoor and return air dampers for mixed air control, and an onboard microprocessor system for precise temperature and humidity control. Pre-engineered features provide semi-custom flexibility while maintaining the quality, consistency, and value of a standardized product.

The RV(E) operates up to 9,500 cfm with an external static pressure of 3 inches. The unit can have indirect gas, hot water or electric heat as the heating options. The unit is also complete with packaged DX, chilled water or split DX cooling.

The model RV(E) has been specifically designed to meet the challenges of introducing high percentages of outdoor air into a building. Features included in the RV(E) minimize energy consumption, control outdoor air volume, and maintain high levels of indoor air quality. This makes the RV(E) ideal for ventilation applications in which the supply air volume consists of 20% or more outdoor air.

Price Mechanical Industrial AW-D-Series Direct Fired Make Up Air Unit have been applied in numerous industrial and commercial projects requiring large volumes of 100% fresh air. Typical applications for the AW-D Series units include; paint booths, kitchens, industrial processes, theatres, and door heaters. Indirect Fired

The Price Mechanical Industrial AW-I-3-Series Indirect Fired Make Up Air Unit is the most common product in the PMI collection. Owners and designers have come to appreciate the durability and quality in the AW-I-3 Series’ subtle design strengths. Design is based upon the efficient 3-Pass stainless steel drum and tube style heat exchanger. The 3-Pass design induces better heat transfer across the primary drum by producing a more uniform air temperature distribution. With an even temperature gradient, decreases in expansion and contraction stresses result in an increased life expectancy. All Price Mechanical Industrial heat exchangers are supplied with a 10-year parts warranty.

Convoluted Tube

Price Mechanical Industrial is pleased to introduce the new PMI-IF Series of convoluted tube furnaces. The series is listed to the new AINSI Z83.8 by ETL. The furnaces run at 81% efficient with a maximum of a 110 degree rise across the whole series. This series features stainless steel heat exchanger (409 standard optional in 300 series) which has a 10 year prorated warranty under normal operating conditions.

Curbs and Bases

The VMC Group designs and manufactures a wide variety of concrete inertia bases, fan bases, roof curbs and rails that are used for mounting large equipment and machinery to floors or roofs. All products are custom built according to customer specifications to ensure proper fit and performance in any given application.

Before any fabrication takes place, customers are provided with a detailed dimensional drawing for approval. Once approved, the drawings are released to our shop for fabrication.

Ventrol Fanwall Technology

As a member of the CES Group of companies, Ventrol Custom Air Handling offers FANWALL Technology built in to its air handlers or shipped loose for field retrofit of existing Air handling systems.

The FANWALL system developed by HUNTAIR, consists of an array of smaller, quieter and more energy-efficient fans, typically driven with a variable speed drive, and designed to deliver the required airflow. The fan array allows a designer to optimize more closely the fan-wheel geometry and motor horsepower for a specific application. The result is smaller fans and motors, running closer to peak efficiencies, thus reducing energy costs. The redundancy of the fan components adds to the unit’s reliability. If one motor fails, only that portion of the airflow is lost, unlike single-fan air handlers.

FANWALL Technology is ideal for fan retrofit applications as each FANWALL cell (or cube) is easily moved through a standard width door or elevator, and stacked like building blocks to fit profile of the existing air tunnel.

Nu-Air

Enerboss™ is an advanced Air Handler with an integrated Heat Recovery Ventilator. When coupled with a residential boiler, water heater or central boiler (multi-unit buildings), the Enerboss™ provides both space heating and ventilation. With an optional evaporator coil and a compressor (split system), the Enerboss™ can also integrate air conditioning. The Enerboss™ features a compact design with simplified duct, water and electrical connections for reduced installation costs. Simple controls require only a fan coil thermostat with a fan switch and optional de-humidistat. An electrically commutated direct drive motor (ECM), handling heating, cooling, circulation and ventilation, ensures low electrical consumption. The energy-efficient blower provides continuous fresh air to the heat recovery ventilation system. A separate blower exhausts air from “wet rooms” (kitchen, bathroom and laundry), thus capturing odor, humidity and pollutants at the source.

Enerboss™ models range in performance from 18-142 MBH heating, 1.5 – 5 tons cooling, airflow to 2000 cfm, fresh air (HRV) supply to 150 cfm in a cabinet with a maximum footprint of 23”x27”.

Greenheck

For applications requiring 300 to 20,000 CFM of exhaust and make-up air, Greenheck offers their line of Energy recovery ventilators.

Using a desiccant wheel recovery device allows Greenheck to offer the designer and building owner an overall effectiveness of 80-85%! This effectiveness not only saves the owner money through energy recovery, but it also allows the designer to down-size heating and cooling equipment which in turn can save the owner additional upfront capital costs and long-term operating costs.

The Greenheck product offering is also available with auxiliary heating & cooling components. Gas, electric or hydronic heat can be factory mounted. DX or hydronic cooling can also be factory mounted. (ERCH with packaged cooling pdf)

The DX cooling can reject its heat through the use of a remote condensing unit, or adding a packaged air-cooled condensing section to the unit.

Units are also available with a packaged control system and can be easily integrated into a BACnet, Lonworks or Modbus system.
